Have always stayed away from dentist trips. Finally found a dentist office where I feel comfortable, in terms of getting sincere and thorough care. I used to dread having teeth problems and avoided certain sweet foods to stay clear of problems. Now, I indulge in all sweets having the confidence and security that Dr. Parekh and team are always on point to take perfect care of my teeth. Thankfully they offer same day treatment. As far as the office is concerned, it is a sparkling new facility with a range of state of the art equipment. It is conveniently located in Sammamish village off of 228th. They also have a parking garage with wheelchair access making it convenient. What really makes me feel comfortable about the clinic is the people. Dr. Parekh is extremely warm and personable. She is very thorough and is clinically, highly competent. She takes extra care and effort to explain and educate her patients about each aspect of their dental care. This really helps me make informed decisions, something I value very highly when I interact with any service that is not my area of expertise. Sofia is the dental assistant and takes utmost care to ensure that I'm always comfortable and in control.The front office is informative about insurance. Natalie and Sonia are very helpful with regards to what the insurance covers and doesn't. I've also seen them go the extra mile to work with the insurance provider on my behalf. Speaking of insurance, they accept Premera which seems to be the predominant provider for most tech companies in the area. Overall, I'm extremely glad I was referred to the clinic would definitely drive in even from the Westside. Have been there twice and would highly recommend this clinic. Update: 8 years of going here and it has been great. Dr. Parekh's care has been exceptional and only gets better. New staff are great too, Kylee at front desk and Elisa, the hyegenist, go out of their way to help! Huge thanks!
